Our Traditional CRS Homes are geared towards supporting the individual to engage in activities that can bring joy within their life. Whether that includes gardening at home, volunteering in the community, developing healthy friendships at a coffee house, attending a concert, or embarking on opportunities to try new things within our non- licensed Activity Center – we are open to it! We also understand the importance of daily living skills and how helping individuals find more ways to continue to be more independent and self-reliant as they are able to experience purpose and joy within their personal life choices.
We provide long term community support that is well balanced in person-centered approaches that revolve around care and compassion for those we serve. We believe that flexibility within a program is the key to success for the individual served. It is vital to us to focus on quality care, wellbeing, security, and safety while balancing the desires that individual served is seeking for in their own life. We believe in the importance of individuality and embrace those who are seeking acceptance in a family like atmosphere.
Daily Crisis Respite: Intensive Community Services
In our Intensive Service Program, we provide support to individuals who are going through a transition in their life that requires a higher level of care during a struggling time. This short-term supportive service provides a higher level of supervision from experienced Direct Support Professionals. Individuals within this program gain the opportunity to receive more intensive community support to help guide them through a mental health crisis that they are experiencing. Whether the person is stabilizing looking for in between services prior to finding permanent housing, homeless, or needing a transitional placement this service really caters to the mold of the individuals and their needs. We believe that we can help create an environment with the person that better helps them express what their needs and desires are for their future permanent home. We help stabilize the person by assisting in medication management and can help get them acquired and established with providers to assist in areas of need. Transportation, housing, food is included in this waiver covered service.
